PSI/Tanzania will be one of presenters in the coming International annual eConference to be held on 5th of May 2010. The theme of this year is mHealth.

The conference is intended for health program implementers with little or no experience using mobile technologies such as cell phones and PDAs to achieve public health goals.
The PSI/Tanzania Executive Director, Daniel Crapper, has confirmed that the organization will make a presentation on its ‘Ongea zaidi na Salama’ scratch card system. The Ongea Zaidi na Salama technology enables retailers stocking PSI condoms across the country to earn free air time into their mobile phones while enabling PSI to maintain track of its product in all outlets down to the ward and district levels.
Ongea Zaidi na Salama is another innovation from PSI that aims at increasing condom distribution in the country and an automatic product availability survey.
